LIETIS BAND is a new project but its musicians are already known to many listeners in Lithuania. The band is mostly working with Lithuanian polyphonic folk songs called sutartines. Warm guitar sounds, rhythm, archaic polyphonic folk songs’ melodies, modern interpretations attract listeners. And the sincerity of the musicians inspires to delve deeper into the history of Baltic culture.
