It is a small town festival which started in 2019 in a music club Tamsta in Vilnius. A few folk bands united to start the spring season of folk music at the same venue. The audience were pleased to meet kankles study “Kanklių ratas” with their teacher Agota Zdanavičiūtė and a few well known Lithuanian projects gave their shows that evening – LAIMINGUO, FOLK TRIO, LIETIS and ATALYJA. It was a cosy evening with sincere music.

We believe that festival “FOLK RATU” will continue and next year we will be able to bring more bands to more places.
